One of the best workouts for low impact but effective.  I try to help you focus on your form and technique with different laps & breath work. This is a full body work out that will get your heart rate up and have you feeling sore, but in the best way! I use my triathlon training and knowledge from synchronized swimming to get you feeling good, Of course we finish with some core work in and out of the pool!  Try it with a friend or loved one.
