2023 Aspen Summer Retreat

CorePlay’s 2nd retreat following the success in Tulum!

August 4th-6th, 2023

This wellness retreat will be two and half days of Full Body Sculpt Masterclasses. BODYalive at Aspen Shakti, hiking, great people and delicious food. You will be led by 5 top CorePlay trainers from NY & LA. Our goal is to empower you with a weekend of fulfilling mind & body connection. Energy that fuels the soul while being in nature. 

We will be outside for most of the weekend. Please be prepared with the elevation increase and the amount of movement we will be doing to drink a lot of water. 

You will need:

  • Workout attire 

  • Hiking shoes 

  • Sneakers

  • Friday evening outfit 

  • Saturday evening outfit - cowgirl theme 

  • All equipment will be provided for you

11:45am-12:15pm: CorePlay Mountain Top Experience

12:30pm: Lunch Sundeck

3:00pm-4:30pm: CorePlay Masterclass at Aspen Shakti

4:30pm: Antedotum Soundbath Session 

Saturday, August 5th

10:30am-11:45am: BODYalive at Aspen Shakti w/ Jayne 

4:00pm-6:00pm: CorePlay Masterclass at Aspen Shakti 

Sunday, August 6th

9:00am: Snowmass Yoga Class & CorePlay collaboration w/ Aaron King
